Terms and conditions for Dallas Access Flooring services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dallas Access Flooring's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services Description

Dallas Access Flooring provides raised access flooring installation, repair, and maintenance services throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area and surrounding cities. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Raised access flooring system installation
  • Low profile raised flooring solutions
  • Access flooring repair and maintenance
  • Structural reinforcement services
  • Flooring finishing and surface installation
  • Ramps and steps installation

Service Agreements

All services are subject to a written agreement that includes:

  • Scope of work and project specifications
  • Project timeline and completion schedule
  • Total cost and payment terms
  • Warranty information
  • Change order procedures

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by Dallas Access Flooring are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:

  • Site conditions discovered during project execution
  • Changes in material costs
  • Client-requested modifications to scope

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Deposit: 50% due upon signing contract
  • Progress payments: As specified in contract
  • Final payment: Due upon project completion
  • Late payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge

Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel services with the following conditions:

  • More than 7 days before start: Full deposit refund
  • 3-7 days before start: 50% deposit refund
  • Less than 3 days before start: No refund
  • After work begins: Responsible for all costs incurred

Warranty

Dallas Access Flooring warrants:

  • Workmanship: 1 year from completion date
  • Materials: As per manufacturer's warranty
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
  • Does not cover damage from misuse or improper maintenance

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to work areas
  • Ensure site is ready for installation
  • Make timely decisions on project selections
  • Provide accurate information about project requirements
  • Secure valuable items in work areas

Limitation of Liability

Dallas Access Flooring's liability is limited to the contract value for services. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
  • Damage to existing structures not part of our work

Site Conditions

Client is responsible for:

  • Disclosing known site conditions
  • Obtaining necessary permits
  • Ensuring utilities are properly marked
  • Maintaining insurance coverage for property

Force Majeure

Dallas Access Flooring is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material shortages
  • Labor disputes
  • Acts of nature

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
